26 things I learned while I was 26.

1. Everything I do is for Brayden.
2. That it is possible to love again and forgive again.
3. There are women in my life who have never left my side.
Through thick and thin, many miles apart, they are always there.
4. Brayden is my rock. He makes my world whole even when I feel it is not.
5. I will never be able to express how utterly grateful I am for my parents.
The things they do and sacrifice for Brayden and me is beyond belief.
6. God has continued to stay right by my side and seemingly guided me in all the right directions.
7. The Grove has become even more so a beautiful addition to Brayden's and my life.
8. Potty training has proven to be the hardest thing I've ever done.
9. My heart is HUGE, probably too big.
When I've given it to someone it's impossible for me to take it all back.
10. Time heals all wounds.
11. Dancing in my room with Brayden will be one of those memories that I hold onto forever.
12. People deserve second chances, but not a third.
13. Take tons of pictures... time passes us by so quickly.
14. Silence can often be more powerful than your words.
15. I don't know everything.
16. Patience. All good things come in time.
17. I love coffee and wine even more than I thought.
Having an energetic TWO year old might have something to do with that.
18. I can't wait to GRADUATE. The light at the end of the tunnel is finally coming near.
19. I enjoy alone time. Its amazingly peaceful.
20. Let it be. Life is too short to hold onto things that weigh you down.
21. Laugh a lot.
22.Your mistakes don't define you, it's what you choose to do after that does.
23. Surround yourself by people who inspire you.
24. Life will continue to surprise me.
25. Being a parent is harder than I thought.
26. When I was 12, I wanted to be a pediatrician. When I was 18, I wanted to be a lawyer.
Now I'm almost 27 and going to be a school teacher. My life may not be where I thought it was going to be by this age but it most certainly is in a place where I am happy with.
Life is constantly changing and evolving. Just go with it.
